Hi, I'm Allie. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) specializing in anxiety and OCD. I work with teens and adults across New York, New Jersey, and California, all virtually via Telehealth. I take an integrative approach, blending evidence-based practices with somatic techniques to address both the mind and body, providing support for racing thoughts, intense emotions and physical discomfort. I focus on providing education, teaching actionable skills, cultivating self-compassion, and helping my clients grow into the best versions of themselves.

In our first few sessions, you can expect education about how and why symptoms of OCD, anxiety, and depression occur, guidance on responding effectively to these symptoms, and a listening ear to better understand your unique experiences.
