The harm caused from being raised by emotionally immature parents (EIPs) impacts you as an adult in many ways. You're anxious, feel guilty for setting boundaries, doubt yourself, overthink & struggle to feel your feelings. I specialize in helping millennial women who were raised by EIPs using a holistic approach to therapy. My clients don't want traditional talk therapy- they want a structured AND compassionate approach. I utilize skills training, DBT-PE, EMDR, CBT, attachment-based techniques & mindfulness practices to heal at the root of your issues, discover what you want out of life & create lasting changes to heal trauma.
I'm a millennial therapist with a modern, holistic approach. I have advanced, specialized training in DBT, DBT-PE, and EMDR to help high-functioning women with anxiety & childhood trauma from EIPs & narcissistic abuse. I also have extensive training in CBT. We can tie in spirituality (if that's your thing!) to connect to yourself more deeply.
