I have experience supporting clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, communication, life transitions, emotion regulation, parenting, and relationship challenges. As a mom of two, I am also passionate about helping other moms understand how their own past experiences influence their parenting and relationships. I enjoy supporting moms as they navigate the challenges of motherhood, identity transitions, and evolving family dynamics, while fostering greater self-awareness, connection, and confidence along the way. Motherhood is a deeply emotional journey and moms deserve support at every phase.
While my primary clinical background is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy, I collaborate with each client to develop a treatment approach that reflects their experiences and strengths, integrating evidence-based techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work when appropriate.
I believe therapy works best when there is a strong sense of trust and connection. I focus on building rapport so that you feel safe being yourself, while also helping you develop practical tools to better understand and navigate your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
