Becoming a parent is one of the biggest transitions you can go through—and it doesn’t always look or feel the way we expected. I’m Allie, and I specialize in working with individuals navigating the emotional ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Whether you feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or not like yourself, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to figure it out alone. I am also deeply passionate about helping individuals navigate and heal their relationship with food and their bodies. I offer a safe, compassionate space to talk openly about what you’re going through—no judgment or pressure.

I work with people experiencing postpartum depression, anxiety, birth trauma, pregnancy loss, infertility, and the many identity shifts that come with becoming a parent. My approach is gentle, honest, and collaborative—helping you feel more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself again.
