It is my honor and privilege to use the knowledge I gained in my doctoral study of psychology to help individuals, children, adolescents, and families discover the best version of themselves. I want to help you thrive in a way that focuses on the whole person. You matter and your story matters. I can help you to integrate the parts that sometimes seem scattered or lost. You don’t have to feel alone anymore.
I offer individual therapy and psychological testing for difficulties including depression, anxiety, defiance, attention and hyperactivity, parenting, trauma, behavioral and developmental difficulties, and relational issues. I value the importance of incorporating individual’s “systems”, such as families and communities, into treatment.
I strive to walk with you with a joyful and encouraging presence.
