We'll soften old patterns, learn new coping skills & build self-trust.
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Attachment Theory and Somatic approaches based in Polyvagal theory, we’ll explore the deeper emotional themes that live in both your mind and body. Together, we’ll work toward strengthening your sense of self—one that helps you turn inward for guidance, rather than relying on who the world says you need to be.
I am a trauma based therapist that supports both teens and adults. I bring compassion, kindness, and humor so therapy feels like a genuine human connection, not a rigid box.
