I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients to explore dynamics in their life and grow through the trials they are experiencing. It’s my privilege to partner alongside you to better understand what you’re feeling, why you feel that way, and how you want to move forward. Although we may feel that we don’t have control over our emotions, we do have control over how we react to them.

I graduated from Texas Tech University with my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. This means I have specialized training in how to work with couples, groups, and families. I also apply a systemic lens when working with individuals.
