Through my graduate work, I acquired a specialty in Sport & Performance Psychology. I have experience working with athletes, performers and teams on mental skills training and mental health counseling. I also specialize in disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image. I worked at a higher-level of care setting for eating disorders for 6 years.
I strive to create an environment that helps you develop a stronger sense of self with an experience that is enlightening and empowering.
