Through my graduate work, I acquired a specialty in Sport and Performance Psychology. I have experience working with athletes, performers, and teams on mental skills training such as performance anxiety and leadership, as well as mental health counseling.
I strive to create an environment that helps you develop a stronger sense of self with an experience that is enlightening and empowering.
