Carl Jung said, "Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes." My goal is to help you understand yourself on a deeper level in order to improve your relationships and remove obstacles that are preventing you from living a meaningful life. I use a variety of modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and existential therapy. My priority is collaborating with my clients directly to provide you with what you need to move forward in your life.
I work with adults and teenagers with eating disorders, addiction, Borderline Personality Disorder, relationship conflict, depression and anxiety. I am also certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD. I am passionate about collaborating with my clients and using humor and compassion to help improve and add meaning to their lives.
My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space that will help you move forward in your life.
