It's an unfairly stereotyped condition, and I have empathy and understanding for the challenges faced by individuals with OCD. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for people with OCD. Additionally, we have received intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
