I specialize in supporting teens and young adults as they find their way through an often difficult transitional period. Many of my clients struggle with trauma/adverse experiences, anxiety, ADHD, thoughts of suicide, and/or self-harm, among other challenges. I am here to partner with and empower you to discover answers that will help you live the life you want.
I draw upon a variety of modalities based on each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Behavior Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Theory, mindfulness, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I also run an ADHD Skills Group for adults looking for support managing ADHD.
Unconditional positive regard, non-judgement, and a strengths-based focus are crucial in developing a strong and trusting therapeutic relationship. I am proud to support clients in identifying and fostering their unique strengths to help them overcome their barriers.
