I'm Allie Acosta a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults who are navigating the impact of traumatic experiences, difficult losses, major life transitions, anxiety, or depression. I enjoy working with first-generation professionals, adult children of immigrants, and women exploring identity, purpose, or significant life changes. Many of the people I work with are ready to break free from patterns that no longer serve them but may feel unsure where to start. I support clients by offering a safe space to explore overwhelming emotions while building insight, resilience, and healthier ways of moving forward.
Drawing from both my personal experiences as a first generation Latina and years of professional practice, I tailor my approach to each individual I work with. My goal is to create a space that feels personable and comfortable, while still offering the thoughtful guidance and gentle challenges that can support deeper insight, healing, and lasting change
