My passion is working with children, adolescents, adults, ​and couples to meet the challenges they may be experiencing such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, anger management, addiction, self-esteem issues or perhaps spiritual emptiness. One of my goals is to shed light on the issues that you are currently experiencing, noticing the internal roots of conflict, and finding ways to make meaningful and purposeful shifts in your life. My treatment approach is integrative, and following an assessment of the individual needs of my client determines which modalities I utilize.

Carol Kinney is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been practicing psychotherapy for over 20 years. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Master's degree in clinical psychology. Carol's approach to psychotherapy is client-centered, combining cognitive, behavioral and supportive therapies to empower clients to reach their goals. She works with adults who are experiencing concerns in the areas of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, separation/divorce and other life transitions. In her spare time Carol enjoys gardening, hiking, reading, and spending time in the Northwoods.

My personal and professional mission is to be there so that no one has to struggle alone. I feel passionate about offering clients the opportunity to feel seen, understood, and valued, and I always work to meet my clients where they're at in their journey. I believe that all of my clients already possess the capacities necessary for growth, they just might need a little help to recognize and learn how to draw upon their personal strengths. I'm here to walk alongside you as you explore your goals and values, and ultimately work to build a more fulfilling life.

Matt is a compassionate and experienced therapist eager to work with you to help you achieve your goals. He is skilled in a number of treatment techniques and will collaborate with you to make sure sessions are meeting your needs. Matt delivers effective counseling with kindness, respect, integrity and humor. He can support clients through difficult life transitions such as grief, job loss, relationship stress or financial concerns and is also an expert in treating a wide range of mental health issues.

Katie Gatlin, LPC Katie Gatlin is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 2019 and utilizes a cognitive behavioral approach in counseling and treatment. She has worked with a myriad of populations and diagnoses. She would consider her niche to be anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, self-esteem and empowerment, conduct disorders and learning/cognitive disabilities. Katie also has a passion for dance and incorporates movement into sessions/treatment. She has been dancing since the age of three and teaching for over 24 years.

Cindy Naumczik, LCSW Cindy Naumczik is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin who has been practicing since 1991. She holds a Masters in Clinical Social Work. Cindy believes in building a collaborative relationship with a client to help them better manage their mental health, relationships, and reduce crises to live a more satisfying life. In her spare time, Cindy enjoys hiking, pickleball, reading, binging Netflix crime series, and being outdoors with her family, friends, and four-legged babies.

Leah Frazier is a Licensed Professional Counselor with specialties in children and adolescents. She earned undergraduate degrees in psychology and social work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (Go Bucky! ) and went on to earn her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marquette University in Milwaukee. Leah is committed to helping children (4+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families manage a variety of mental health concerns.

Wendy Herrick is a licensed professional counselor. She earned her undergraduate degree at Marquette University and her master's degree at Concordia University and is a nationally certified counselor. Wendy works with children aged 4 and older, adolescents, adults and couples. Her specialties include depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment disorders, mood disorders, ADHD, parenting issues, stress management and relationship building.

Christopher Borden is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor who provides outpatient psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Christopher incorporates mindfulness into his practice and his therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Areas of particular interest to Christopher include child and adolescent behavioral problems, addictive behaviors, the LGBTQ+ community, and professionals going through adjustments in their careers.

Jayme is a master's level Licensed Professional Counselor who has extensive experience from working for many years at the nation's second largest behavioral health hospital. She has worked on various highly specialized programs, including one of the only evidenced based trauma residential programs in the nation. She specializes in the individual treatment of adults who have experienced trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, adjustment disorders, OCD, depression, social anxiety, and other anxieties.

Maureen specializes in working with adult men and women who are experiencing spiritual, family, life, relationship, and workplace change, challenges and transitions. Her style is respectful, warm and collaborative as she assists clients to recognize and deepen their inner knowledge, wisdom and strengths. Clients learn resilience and develop the ability to create full and balanced lives. With a twenty-two-year career in the corporate world she is a graduate in Counseling from Marquette University and the Family Therapy and Training Institute of Milwaukee. Maureen has practiced a lifelong interest in depth psychology and creativity.

Pat is a licensed clinical social worker who has provided mental health services including the evaluation and treatment of individuals, couples and families since 1983. Her areas of experience and expertise include the diagnosis and treatment of depression, anxiety, panic disorder, mood disorder, grief/loss, and stress/anger management. Pat's additional areas of specialty include marital therapy, separation/divorce adjustment, blended family conflicts, women's issues, gay/lesbian issues and dependent relationships.

Terri Koschnick is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), who has been practicing since 2000. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Master's Degree in Counseling. Terri is a Christian counselor who integrates her training in Marriage and Family Therapy with her Christian faith. She provides individual adult, couples and family therapy. Her main areas of focus are treating trauma, anxiety and depression. She has extensive experience in successfully treating women who are, or who have been, in abusive or otherwise toxic relationships.

Ashley Ross is a Licensed Professional Counselor who uses evidenced based treatment approaches for the treatment of Obsessive Compulsive and Related Anxiety Disorders in adults, adolescents, and children. She utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach with an emphasis on Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), when appropriate. Ashley has over ten years of experience working at Rogers Memorial Hospital treating Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety and related disorders in residential, inpatient, and intensive outpatient settings.

Courtney Gutantes is a licensed professional counselor who works with adolescents and adults ages 17 and up. Courtney earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse and her master's degree from Marquette University. Following the completion of her formal training in 2016, Courtney has worked with children, adolescents, and their families across the inpatient, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings.
