I have experience treating those with depression, PTSD/trauma response, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, divorce, work stress, relationship issues and anyone recently discharged from psychiatric hospitalization.

A significant number of my clients have struggled with a mental health and/or substance abuse disorder. They have presented for treatment in inpatient psychiatric, residential, and outpatient modalities. The overarching goal has been to stabilize and learn to function in a healthy manner. Clients have expressed they have made multiple attempts without success and are looking for long term solutions to reduce their negative life consequences. Other clients have reached out for assistance with traumatic events which have occurred in their lives. They express and desire to work on these events to obtain a productive lifestyle.

We are very excited to be opening a location in Dardanelle AR. We are happy to offer multiple types of counseling and hope to meet the needs of under served populations. Our ideal clients would be people who are ready to make a change in their life and want to start truly living and enjoying the life they have been given. They want to tackle some hurdles in their life and at times would like help to navigate those situations in best ways possible and sometimes that is where professional help comes in.

I truly enjoy collaborating with a client to explore their needs and help them become a healthier, happier person. I have a broad range of experience and have worked extensively with people dealing with anxiety and stress management, depression, substance abuse and addiction, and eating disorders. I am a Licensed Alcoholism & Drug Abuse Counselor and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I have also done a lot of work with individuals with Borderline Personality Disorder, managing boundaries, tolerating distress, & coping with emotions.
