Parenting can be deeply rewarding - but it can also feel confusing, exhausting, and lonely when your child is struggling. When children struggle with big emotions or challenging behaviors, many parents come to me with worry about what to do and/or if they're doing the right things. You may have tried many strategies but still feel stuck in the same patterns. Rather than only focusing on the child, my approach is backed by research which shows that supporting parents and caregivers often creates the most meaningful change.

My work focuses on parent-coaching and parent-centered interventions that give practical tools to support your child's social emotional development. My areas of expertise are in childhood mental health and development, including concerns with emotion regulation, school stress, anxiety and neurodivergence. I've provided child and family therapy for 6+ years.

My goal is to help parents and caregivers feel less overwhelmed and empowered to respond to difficult moments with confidence, and to build a more connected family dynamic.
