I have a passion for play therapy and use art, puppets, and interactive activities to help people feel comfortable in a new environment, express themselves, and build insight. I work with ages 6 through young adults, and also enjoy working with adults. I tailor my approach to meet each person where they are developmentally and emotionally. It depends on each client’s needs and symptoms, with a strong focus on getting to know the client as a person, not just their diagnosis and overall lived experience in a meaningful and support
I start off as client centered and a humanistic approach and tailor it as I get to know you! I have past experience working in a children's Autism clinic as a RBT. In therapy, I focus on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel understood and valued. I help individuals explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences while developing skills.
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. I enjoy bringing humor into my sessions when it's applicable! Together, we’ll explore your experiences, build coping tools, and create positive change.
