As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, my aim is to meet individuals wherever they are and help guide them in the process towards satisfying change.
Creating a warm, welcoming, safe environment, and utilizing our relationship as the base of my counseling work, I seek to collaboratively develop a plan, incorporate research-supported treatment strategies, and work toward goals specific to my clients' needs.
I provide individual and group counseling for adults, young adults, and adolescents struggling with anxiety, depression, family and relationship issues, self-esteem, life transition, and career issues.
