Being a human can sometimes feel overwhelming, lonely, or impossible to navigate, especially when facing added stress, grief, or pain. My hope is to help you make the unmanageable more manageable and the twists and turns to feel a bit smoother. Understanding that everyone is unique, I tailor my approach by using a blend of therapeutic modalities & creative options such as art or movement. Be it conquering challenges, finding ways to cope, embracing acceptance, building skills, or processing emotions, my goal is to walk beside my clients (sometimes literally) while fostering a safe and inclusive environment.

My intention is to create a warm and trusting atmosphere where clients can navigate their individual paths, feeling safe and truly understood. I believe that the therapeutic alliance between client and therapist is the most powerful aspect of our collective efforts. I aim to always be collaborative and approachable during our work together.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or not, I know how daunting and overwhelming it can feel to find the right therapist.
