Hello, I’m Alli! I am in my last semester of the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at William & Mary, and completing my internship at Complete Therapeutic Solutions under the supervision of Brian Browning, LPC.
I believe therapy should be accessible, inclusive, and personalized to your unique experience. My approach is primarily person-centered, which means I will walk alongside you through life’s challenges with compassion and curiosity while holding space for growth and self-understanding.
I am especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults as they navigate identity and life transitions. I also have an interest in grief and trauma work, particularly the mind-body connection and helping clients explore how past experiences can shape current struggles.
I received my bachelor’s degree from James Madison University (Go Dukes!). Outside of therapy, I love music, painting, and spending time with friends, family, and my pets.
