Hi there, I'm Alli! I’m a systemic therapist who works with couples and adult individuals looking to feel more connected - to themselves, to each other, and to what matters most. I believe that humans are wired for connection, and my intention is to offer you a chance to slow down, invite new understandings, and reconnect. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, honoring your lived experience, your inner wisdom, and the impact of larger societal systems on your life. As a queer woman, I’m especially passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ clients and celebrating the richness of each person’s intersectional identities.
My clinical training is rooted in Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), sex therapy, and somatic therapy techniques. Together, we will collaborate and draw from these approaches in a way that feels meaningful for you.
