Hi, I'm Alli Hotaling. I've been a licensed clinical social worker for over a decade, and my passion is helping my clients improve their mental wellness to lead fulfilling lives. I help adults who are struggling with anxiety, stress management, depression, life transitions, burnout, self-esteem, and relationship issues. I'm a Certified Mental Health & Nutrition Clinical Specialist as I believe optimal mental health and healthy lifestyle habits go hand in hand.

My practice works extensively with clients facing anxiety disorders, health anxiety, general stress, mood disorders and relationship issues. I am also experienced in working with high performing individuals who are experiencing burnout, perfectionist tendencies, and pressure from busy careers/academic programs or lifestyles.

I'm a compassionate therapist who offers warmth and empowerment to my clients. I received my master’s degree in social work from Columbia University in 2011, and have dedicated my career to helping my clients navigate life's challenges and improve their mental health.
