If you’re ready for real change, the kind that actually helps your family feel safe and stable again, it’s time to try a different approach. An approach that isn’t one size fits all. My approach is raw, real, and actually human.

I help families who feel like they’ve tried everything. I use CBT and Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT), and when helpful, EMDR or Animal Assisted Psychotherapy, to repair trust, improve communication, and stabilize the home environment. My sessions are structured, honest, and focused on creating lasting change, not temporary fixes.

If your family is ready to stop living in crisis mode, I can help you find a way forward. The work we do is challenging but it’s real, and it actually works when everyone shows up.
