I bring a compassionate, research-based, curious, down-to-earth, and goal-oriented approach to our work together. Pulling from 13 years of different therapeutic tools and varying modalities, I help people get honest with themselves, accomplish subconscious reprogramming, and ultimately love and accept themselves fully. Many people come to me for deeper work

I am now offering IFS, EMDR and couples counseling intensives (3-6 hour containers). I offer intensives to address religious trauma, sexual assault, recent breakups, or couples looking for immediate help. The Conscious Uncoupling Divorce Support Group

Individuals from any state may join us.
