Online Women's Burnout Recovery Group
As of July 2023, currently open to new members: This weekly group will be held online via zoom for 90 minutes. Cost of the group will be $75/session. The group will focus on healthy integration of feminine and masculine energies and learning to integrate all parts of the self to increase self-trust, self-respect, and self-regulation of emotional states. We will explore strategies for healing your nervous system and returning your body to a state of calm, peace, and flow. We will also explore ways to integrate creativity and spirituality into your recovery process.

Finding the Self Again after leaving Religion
This process support group is open to individuals of all gender identities and orientations who are in recovery from high-demand religion. If you have left a fundamental evangelical or similar religious group and are rebuilding your identity post-religion, this group is for you. We explore the unique challenges of learning to set boundaries, clarify your own unique values and views on life, how to grieve the time lost or pain inflicted by your experiences, and where to go from here to begin the next phase of your life.
