Using IFS, brainspotting, & mindfulness, I will teach you skills to help you manage your emotions & help you heal your trauma from deep within so that you can finally forgive yourself, let go, and find peace.
Every person has light within them and sometimes, we need help to shine a little brighter. I believe that deep down, you are good & capable of healing.
