Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with experience working with a variety of populations struggling with various mental health challenges and life stressors. I work with families, couples, adults, and adolescents (12+). I have experience treating a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, complex trauma, behavioral challenges, relational challenges, and adjustment issues.
My therapeutic style is relational and client-centered, and I individualize sessions to meet the needs of each unique client using an eclectic mix of evidence based therapeutic modalities. My approach begins by assessing with my clients “where they are”, building rapport and trust, and collaborating with them to determine goals for positive change.
