Confidential therapy and counseling available for adults at our Sycamore office in Littleton and for all ages at our DTC office in Englewood. We provide a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed treatments such as EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), the Daring Way and other evidence-based interventions to individuals, couples, families, seniors, teens and children. Board-certified psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners conveniently located in the same office for medication management. Our pharmacy is located on the first floor of our Sycamore building.

Castle Rock - Counseling
The Counseling Team in Castle Rock specializes in serving individuals of all ages from early childhood to seniors. Services provided include group, individual, play and family therapy. Master's level and licensed clinicians specialize in providing evidence-based treatment that is proven successful. In addition, our team includes behavioral health medical providers and RNs who provide psychiatric assessments and follow-up medication appointments. Daring Way, EMDR and IOP groups are also offered.
