I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker providing tele-therapy to residents of Washington and Idaho. My work experience in rural behavioral health settings has prepared me to be well rounded in working with a variety of symptoms, conditions, and diagnoses. I use a range of treatment methodologies including Radically Open-Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT). I enjoy working with people holistically, incorporating neurobiology into therapy. I work with individuals and facilitate RO-DBT skills groups.
Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) is an Evidence based treatment that targets disorders characterized by over-control: chronic depression, chronic anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, anorexia and personality disorders like avoidant, paranoid, and obsessive compulsive.
Engaging in RO-DBT therapy will focus growth in the following areas: genuine emotional expression, Increasing the ability to see the big picture/not getting lost in detail, exploring and loosening of rules that may not serve you any longer, increasing comfort with developing and maintaining close relationships, letting go of unhelpful social compassion.

RO-DBT Skills Training
Currently gathering new referrals for tele-therapy Radically Open- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT) skills training group. This group will meet weekly. RO-DBT treats over-controlled disorders like chronic depression, chronic anxiety, autism spectrum disorders, anorexia and personality disorders such as avoidant, paranoid, and obsessive compulsive. This model defines psychological health as having three major features: receptivity and openness to new experiences and feedback; flexible control in order to adapt to changing environmental conditions; Intimacy and social connectedness- with at least one other person.
