I work with clients dealing with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, grief, anger, loneliness, guilt, and fear. Said simply, my clients are people, entangled in life's struggles, and they just want to get better.

I work from a wellness model which respects the broad and varied nature of human experience. While illnesses and disorders are a reality of that experience, my orientation is toward growth, rather than "returning to normal". I work collaboratively with my clients to see that they leave better than they came.

I strive to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where honesty and growth are encouraged. I believe in second chances and in God’s power and desire to redeem life’s painful experiences. I am humbled that people trust me with their stories, and I strive to honor those stories through my work.
