I strive in every encounter to: 1) listen to you in an attentive, genuine, non-judging manner 2) provide conversations that help you change and "re-story" negative patterns or relationships in your life 3) help you learn new skills and ways of thinking that will help you make positive change and 4) always respect your right to be an active participant in the counseling process.
My favorite kinds of therapy to do are neurofeedback (a.k.a. neuro therapy or EEG-biofeedback), biofeedback, talk therapy, and couples counseling. I often see clients with ADHD, OCD, communication issues and anxiety. My website is www.icnssa.com
