I use a variety of therapeutic methods some new, some old, as appropriate to your concerns. Among the newer methods I practice are eye movement desensitization and reprocessing--EMDR-- and emotional freedom technic--EFT and now Flash Technique. I'm also trained in and practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT).
