Recovery Maintenance Group

The Recovery Maintenance Group is a structured, evidence-based program designed to support adults in developing emotional regulation, relapse prevention skills, and healthy decision making. The group uses Interactive Journaling®, a nationally recognized, cognitive behavioral curriculum widely used by courts, probation departments, and correctional systems. Participants engage in guided journaling, group discussion, and skill building exercises that promote insight, accountability, and long-term stability. The recommended participation is for 12 weeks (3 months), for $120 per month to receive a completion certificate. Program Total = $360

This unique Faith Based Support Group blends creative expression with emotional connection. Open Mic Night offers a safe, encouraging space for individuals to share their voices through poetry, music, spoken word, storytelling, or simple reflection. You do not need performance experience—just a willingness to participate or listen. Our goal is to help participants explore healing through creativity, build confidence, and strengthen community bonds. Many find that expressing their stories or witnessing others’ journeys can reduce feelings of isolation and promote personal growth. Whether you choose to step up to the microphone or simply be present, you’ll be welcomed with compassion and authenticity.
