Hello, I'm Allen Davis. I'm dedicated to helping all my clients be the best version of themselves and evolve beyond their present concerns. My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that a strong, balanced mind, body, and spirit are essential for overall well-being. I strive to show my clients the value of having a counselor in their corner to support them through life's challenges, using the knowledge and skills I've gained through intensive study and diverse life experiences. I was born in Hartford, Connecticut, and graduated Cum Laude from Springfield College, MA, in 2008. My journey has been enriched by my service as a U.S. Army Reserve Supply Technician and my military education, which includes the Ordnance Officer Basic Course, Naval School Explosive Ordnance Disposal, and the Combined Logistics Captains Career Course.
My greatest strength as a mental health professional is a unique set of skills and a background of experience. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of the therapeutic process, and building it takes time and intention. An intentional, personalized approach for each client is the key to my therapeutic style.
