I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who brings warmth, curiosity, and collaboration to my sessions. I help individuals and families manage anxiety, depression, and life challenges and support couples in improving communication, strengthening connection, and navigating conflict. I primarily use a psychodynamic approach but draw from of a variety of other methods — including CBT, solution-focused therapy, feedback-informed care, and Gottman-informed couples therapy — tailoring my work to each client’s unique needs and strengths.
