I work closely with both couples and individuals. My individual clients range folks healing from anxiety, depression, grief or life transitions. I specialize in working with women, mothers, LGBTQ-2SI+ and BIPOC. I have always been fiercely passionate about helping others to amplify their strengths and manifest the lives they find most fulfilling. Nothing moves me more than to be a guide and a witness to human transformation. As we go through life's inevitable transitions, occasionally we encounter roadblocks or detours that can either stop us in our tracks or provide us with vital life lessons filled with wisdom and empowerment.
I hold a Masters degree in counseling psychology from The California Institute of integral studies. I incorporate somatic, gestalt, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness approaches into my practice along with EFT for couples.
My approach is client centered, strength based and solution focused. I have a gift for gently meeting my clients where they are by holding a non-judgmental and compassionate stance in each session. In my work with couples we address communication breakdowns, recovery from infidelity, boundary setting, codependency, cross cultural challenges, sex and intimacy issues.
