I am a compassionate and highly skilled therapist specializing in working with athletes (focused on performance enhancement and injury recovery) in addition to anxiety, depression and bipolar management. With a deep understanding of the complexities of mental health, I am dedicated to providing holistic care that empowers individuals to overcome their struggles and live fulfilling lives. I am motivated by a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. I utilize a person-centered strengths based approach tailored to your individual needs in combination with CBT, DBT, mindfulness and solution focused therapy. Athletes have unique needs related to their mental health. I plan to help you manage performance anxiety and stress while also teaching you skills to embrace your identity outside of being an athlete.
My passion is working with athletes of all kinds. As an athlete myself, I understand the unique pressures and struggles that come with performance and expectations. I look forward to being able to use this experience to help you work through your struggles and turn them into triumphs.
