I provide education to help individuals better understand what is happening to them and the people they care for. I provide insight on navigating housing and legal systems that can be confusing. I provide therapy to help relieve stress and bring joyful moments back to the lives of those with dementia.
Although I specialize in geriatric issues, I invite any adults 18 years and older to reach out for other issues such as stress, depression, anxiety, adhd, trauma, substance abuse, or anything else that is bothering you.
