Professionally, I’ve worked in settings including juvenile hall, child welfare, family resource centers, and inpatient psychiatric care. I use approaches like EMDR, CBT, DBT, trauma-focused work, and play therapy to meet each person where they are—because therapy should fit you, not the other way around.
I have a deep passion for working with young people, while also helping adults process and heal from the impact of trauma. No matter your age, therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and real. You don’t need the “right words” or a clear starting point—just a willingness to show up.
