Having a safe space that is unique to you and your experiences is vital to personal growth and healing. My goal as a therapist is to provide you with that safe space to express yourself as you are, free of judgement. In this space we can work on highlighting those parts of you that at times feel to be dimmed by obligations, expectations, and the overall hurdles of life.
I’ve worked with clients ranging from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships, self-esteem, anger management, & other factors that can be interfering with their mental health. Providing safe spaces for the LGBTQIA+ Community is very important to me, having worked with clients on coming out, gender identity, and sexual orientation and transitioning.
Therapy can be intimidating at times but it can also be a source of empowerment in knowing you hold the reins of your life. I provide a warm, calm and gentle approach with all my clients and together we foster an environment to better explore life goals, transitions, relationships, and various mental health concerns.
