I believe that being able to understand and name one's struggle is a big part of the therapeutic progress. It is not an easy battle (addressing the root of the struggle) and yet it is the only way to freedom and healing.I provide services to parents who struggle with inability to manage their children's behaviors. I coach parenting skills using a Behavioral approach. I provide services to those struggling with overcoming or outgrowing a weakness, whether it is a simple habit that bothers you on a day to day basis or an addiction.
