I believe that the best way to get through the difficulties of life require selfempowerment. You may need an objective person with whom to process the curveballs life has thrown at you. You may need guidance and life skills (relaxation, coping, etc) to better handle overwhelming challenges. You may need directed professional care to help with symptoms associated with mental disorders. My job is to help get you back on the path to the life you want.
I have worked with the average adult, with combat veterans, with students figuring out their future, and retirees seeking fulfilling lives. I have treated mental illness from mood disorders to PTSD, and many others. I am experienced in multiple therapy models, including CBT, DBT, interpersonal, and existential therapy.
