EMDR Therapy can be an addition to the therapeutic process of talk therapy. It has been used for treatment of emotional disturbances and levels various of trauma. I have seen clients have great success utilizing EMDR Therapy, which assists in helping individuals identify, and ultimately heal and grow from negative experiences and traumatic events.
EMDR Therapy is an accelerated form of therapy, with outstanding outcomes! There is a possibility of it be highly intensive, at times. You are always in control of the "sets" and processing, and I am there to be your anchor as this happens. Because of the possible intensity of EMDR Therapy, I feel it's essential to meet in person for sessions.
