While it's true heavy rain and dense fog can cloud our physical vision; environmental, behavioral and chemical stressors can cloud our mental visibility. My name is Mabel (May-Bell) and it is an honor to help you become emotionally and mentally grounded while learning effective tools you can apply to every day life’s challenges as you encounter them.
