Culture-honoring, relationship-centered, and trauma-informed (compassionate acceptance and challenges). We integrate neuroscience-based therapies to help develop flexible and adaptive emotional strength/resilience, and establish effective interactions to solidify relationships with Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy.

We offer whole-brain researched co-parenting, step-parenting and blended family support to empower parents to responsively influence children or adolescents to change undesired behaviors or attitudes. We help couples who have lost hope in their marriage or relationship or have considered or initiated the separation or divorce process.
