Many of my clients feel stuck, whether they’re struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions like dating, college, or career decisions. They’re ready to live with more meaning and ease but feel unsure how to begin. I help adults, young adults, and teens break free from limiting patterns and create lives that feel authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with who they truly are.
I’m Aliza, founder and director of Heartful Mental Health. I bring over twelve years of experience and a warm, heart-centered approach. I integrate EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (somatic), CBT, and DBT to help clients heal from trauma, build resilience, and create lasting change. My work is practical, mindful, and guided by your values and goals.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, but you don’t have to do it alone. My approach blends compassion, insight, and evidence-based care. I see therapy as a collaborative space where authenticity and curiosity lead to growth. Healing isn’t just about feeling better — it’s about becoming more whole, connected, and true to yourself.
