After I retired from the Air Force, I was on a mission trip and became passionate about helping people to grow and become the best version of themself. I pursued and earned my master's degree in professional counseling from Liberty University. Navigating through life can be challenging and sometimes you need help. Taking that first step to admit you need help takes courage. You deserve to be heard and convey your story in a safe and caring environment. I am committed to helping you reach your fullest potential and empower you to find your own answers by understanding your story and instilling hope to change.
I work with people who individuals who experience depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, grief, low self-esteem and other life/mental health challenges. I use an integrative approach because not one approach works for everyone. I value your individuality and will work with you to find an approach that works for you.
