I have been a licensed psychotherapist for over 30 years. I have extensive experience working with individuals, couples, families and groups. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression, attachment issues, relationship and family discord, conflict resolution, same-sex attraction issues, personal growth, and life transitions and stressors.
For therapy to work, the client and therapist have to "click." I have been told often that I am warm, supportive and insightful, smart and easy to talk too. I only accept clients that I firmly believe that I can truly be of help too.
