A licensed psychologist practicing in Newton, MA., I have 10+ years experience treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, cancer and diabetes. In my practice with adolescents and adults, I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing on psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and dialectical behavioral theories and techniques. With each treatment tailored to fit an individual's needs, I enjoy working with clients to help them navigate life's rough patches and make changes in the ways they relate to themselves and others in order to lead more meaningful, productive, healthy and fulfilling lives.

Essential to a productive therapy experience is taking the time to find a therapist who is a good fit for you. Before making a first appointment, I suggest speaking briefly over the phone to talk about how I work, discuss insurance/payment, and to answer any questions you may have about beginning psychotherapy.

In addition to my practice, I see patients at the Joslin Diabetes Center and am an Instructor of Psychology at Harvard Medical School, and teach psychologists-in-training at the Massachusetts Mental Health Center. I hope to hear from you soon.
