I believe 'mental health' is a term that applies to everyone. By seeking help to address your mental health needs, you are positioned for overall wellness and optimal living. My practice focuses on working with career professionals, executives and women in the workplace. I help people navigate their purpose, identity and encourage empowerment through self-compassion and exploration of their goals.
I offer a safe, confidential space to explore topics, nuances and questions that often go unnoticed. I will spend time with you to slow down and mindfully notice thoughts and behaviors that may no longer be serving you and identify replacements that may be more effective to your current stage of life.
