I specialize in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, relationships, spirituality, body image, and life transitions. Much of my work has focused on supporting individuals affected by developmental and childhood trauma, survivors of sexual abuse, and those experiencing PTSD, helping them to navigate the complexities of healing and personal transformation.
My approach is tailored to your needs and is deeply rooted in Somatic Experiencing and the Parts Work model.
